Hereford Cattle
We’ve spent years tirelessly breeding up our Hereford herd. We’ve sourced and incorporated some of the breed’s top genetics. Our bloodlines include Cooper, Holden, Debtor, and Pond Hereford.
We believe the Line 1 Hereford cows are the most consistent performing cows in the industry. Our breeding philosophy is that good momma cows come from good momma cows. With that in mind, our cattle are bred to be highly maternal, docile, have good teats and udders, and last a long time. The heart of any cowherd is the momma cows, and we are proud of the herd we have built.
F1 Black Baldys
First, by combining these breeds into the F1 black baldy you maximize profits with Heterosis. We run approximately 100 head of moderate framed purebred Angus cows. These Angus cows have been sired by Sitz and KG Angus sires, both ranches are known for their strong focus on maternal traits. We then breed these Angus cows to Line 1 Registered Hereford bulls with strong maternal bloodlines.
